Carole Baltovich Todd passed away May 3, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Albert L. Todd. Former wife of Ronald G. Booksh, Sr. (Bonnie). Mother of Terri Booksh Hebert (Mike) and Ronald G. Booksh, Jr. Grandmother of Taylor M. Taylor. Daughter of the late Steve Baltovich and Mary Catherine Shelton Baltovich. Half sister of Theresa Cunningham. Also survived by numerous cousins. Age 72 years and a lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA. Carole graduated in 1961 from Behrman High School and attended Southeastern Louisana College. She was a longtime employee of Zales Jewelry in Gretna, member of AARP, and charter member of the Golden Agers. She enjoyed spending time in the garden and cooking family meals that included dishes like her famed stuffed artichokes, decadent red velvet cakes, and more. Carole loved animals especially her dogs Button, and the late Lady and Rosie. She will be deeply missed by all. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 1300 Vallette St., Algiers, LA on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 3 PM. Interment will be private. Visitation will be from 12:30 until funeral time. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to the LASPCA or charity of your choice.
