Carolyn Ann Carr Boe

Carolyn Ann Carr Boe passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Alvin G. Boe. Mother of Cheryl T. Ricca (Craig), Bonnie J. Hemstad (Mike), and the late Kendra E. Toney (Tommy), and Amee A. Morgan (Fenwick). Daughter of the late Emma C. Doussan Usher and Edward W. Carr III. She was the second oldest girl in a family of 10 girls and 5 boys. She is survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and the first great great grandchild is due in September. She attended Fortier High School in New Orleans, LA. She enjoyed camping, fishing, dancing, gardening, bowling and good spirited conversations, her family, traveling and making memories.  Family always came first, she was born to dance and went home only when there was nothing else to do.  She was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Luling, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 1:30pm. Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 6pm until 8:30pm and again on Friday morning from 11:30am until 1:30pm. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
