Father of Lorne LaJaunie (Monique), Leroy LaJaunie, Amelia Wingerter (Troy), Anthony Cheramie, and the late Carroll LaJaunie. Brother of Yvonne Purdion, Bert Cheramie, and the late Harold Cheramie, Jr. Also survived by 23 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Son of the late Amelia Lutz Cheramie and Harold Cheramie, Sr. A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Westwego, LA.
