Chad Michael Smith

Chad Michael Smith, beloved son of Deborah Dunn Ballina and Leonard P. Smith, stepson of Kathy R. Smith and Drew R. Balllina, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2011. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Stanley M. Dunn, Sr. He is survived by his grandparents, Evelyn Dunn and Alfred and Beverly Smith; his sister, Monique Smith Monfrey; his nephews, Mason, Austin and Brayden Monfrey and his stepsister, Aubrie Ballina. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his cherished pet, Buddha. Chad lived life to the fullest. His generosity of spirit, warm heart and infectious smile will always be remembered. We will miss our “Chadder”.
A private service was held on May 28, 2011 at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA with Rev. Dudley Downing, officiating.
