Charles Patrick "Pat" Pond

Charles Patrick “Pat” Pond died on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at the age of 72 years. He was the son of the late David Mims Pond and Florence Michel. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Norma McQueen Pond. He is also survived by his 3 children, David Raymond Pond (Rebecca), Denise Pond Jensen and Danielle Pond (Mel Edwards). He was the proud “PawPaw” of 10 grandchildren, Meagan “Matt” Barrios, Stephen Allen Buquoi III (Macey Buquoi), Charles Patrick Pond II (Candice), Chelsey Ann Pond, Courtney Danielle Jensen, Ian Duane Jensen, Loren Marie Siefried, Ryan Joseph Siefried, Noah Robert Pond and Jaxon Bradley Edwards; his great granddaughter, Kylie Jade Pond and Honary “PawPaw” to the late Robert John Daunie, Jr. He will be deeply missed by a host of relatives and friends. He was an employee of Klochner NAMASCO Steal for 20 years. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA, on Saturday, March 12, 2016 from 10AM until 12PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 12 Noon. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
