Charles Thomas Schouest entered into eternal rest on July 2, 2023 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Barbara Creppel. Son of the late Meyer Schouest and Elise Adams Schouest. Father of Cary Schouest, Courtney Schouest, Kristen Mills (Beau), Christine Parent, and the late Charles “Chuckie” Schouest. Stepfather of Chris Creppel (Caren), Jason Creppel (Jennifer), and Kami Mamolo (Perry). Grandfather of Paige, Aidan, Charlie, Emerson, Hayes, Tyler, Emily, Abigail, Kandice, Brinlee, Parker, Hudson, Ashlen, Avery, Aubrey, and Alex. Brother of Brenda Schouest (Tucker) and the late Larry Schouest, and Barbara Schouest Baye. Brother-in-law of the late Donald Baye. Uncle of Lisa Baye Richoux and Corey Schouest. Charlie was an avid hunter and fisherman and most of all a devoted and loyal LSU Fan. 
A private graveside commital service will be held for family at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Mothe Funeral Homes handled arrangements.
