Charlotte Hanks Gregoire

Charlotte Hanks Gregoire peacefully passed away on May 16, 2023 at the age of 79. Former wife of the late James Gregoire Sr. Mother of James Gregoire Jr. (Denise), and Michael Gregoire. Grandmother of Taylor Edmonds, James Gregoire III (Kailey), Timothy Guillot (Jenny Tommeraas), Daniel Gregoire (Becca), and the late Elizabeth Gregoire Skaggs (Matthew). Great-grandmother of Roman Gregoire, Rylan Gregoire, Caleb Guillot, Amelia Guillot, Gabriel Skaggs, Vincent Gregoire, Dane Gregoire, and Blakeley Penouilh. Sister of the late Zella Hanks Nannby. Daughter of the late Johnetta Umbach Hanks and Maurice Hanks. Mother-in-law of Tonyah Carbo, and Connie Meyers. Godmother of Michelle Frank (Ronald II), Raymond Ackerman and Bill Hulin. Also survived by grandchild-in-law, Sarah Guillot, along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorial Visitation will take place at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 9am to 11am. A Memorial Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel.
