Charlsie DeQueant

Charlsie DeQueant, born March 18, 1928 passed away on July 22, 2011 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Leonard DeQueant. Daughter of the late Charles B. and Bessie Crabtree McLaughlin. Mother of 6 children, Kenneth Arceneaux, Dominic DiMarco, Michael DiMarco, Gerald DiMarco and the late Myra Adams Zink and David DiMarco. Survived by 19 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Charlsie was born in Slidell, LA and was a lifelong resident of Bridge City, LA. She worked at Woolsworth Lunch Counter in Marrero, LA for over 20 years. She leaves behind many friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 6PM until 9PM. Visitation will resume at the funeral home on Monday from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home on Monday at 11AM.
