Chester Dale Wharton passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of the late Gena Wharton.  Father of Victoria Powell. Son of the late Virgil and Rose Clare Bel Wharton. Brother of Clifford Wharton, Paulette Morrison Kunz and the late Patrick, Michael, and Virgil Wayne Wharton. Friend of Edward Bosch. He was very warm hearted and will be missed by everyone. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA and Belle Chasse, LA.  Services will be held at a later date.
