Clara Dean Melancon passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015, at the age of 65 years. Beloved wife of Edward J. Melancon, Sr. Survived by 5 children, 17 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. Daughter of the late Mattie Belle Dean. Preceded in death by 9 brothers and sisters. She was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 11am.
