Clarence “CJ” Joseph Knoblock, age 95 years, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
Son of the late Clarence J Knoblock, Sr and Mae Theriot Knoblock. Husband of the late Gladys “Gigi” Daigle Knoblock. Partner of 15 years Mazel Savoy. Father of Randy Knoblock and Diane Boudreaux (Allen). Grandfather of Candice Barrero, Rosanna Kotecki, Dan, Brian and Kirk Boudreaux. Great Grandfather of Caitlyn and Tyler Boudreaux, Corbin and Symphony Barrera and Tyler Kotecki and Victoria Kotecki. Brother of late Leroy and the late James Knoblock, the late Joyce “Sis” Smitherman and the late Betty “Dusty” Ann Naquin. He survived by a host of nieces and nephews.
CJ enjoyed dancing, fishing and could not wait for football season to watch his beloved Saints. Loved seeing his grandchildren and their children.
The family would like to extend a sincere appreciation to Dr. Elaine Lanasa and the caregivers and staff of Compassus Hospice for the love and care given to Clarence.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation at Mother Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, August 30th from 10 AM until 11 AM. A Mass will take place in the Chapel at 11AM. Interment to immediately follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
