Claude Trahan, Jr., age 77 years, passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2016. He was born in New Orleans, LA and resided in Gretna for the past 56 years. Beloved husband of the late Cyril Maxwell Trahan. Son of the late Claude Trahan, Sr. and Naomi (Mim) Morvant Trahan. Father of Claude Glen Trahan (Karen), Thomas Lynn Trahan, Sr. (Tammy), Pauline Trahan St. Germain (Mark), and Gary Robert Trahan (Ave'). Grandfather of Robert Trahan (Veronica), Thomas Trahan, Jr., Allen St. Germain (Amanda), Codi T. Amadeo (Jason), Ashley T. Baldassaro (Brandon), Rachel Trahan, Raquel Trahan and the Late Trent Trahan. Great-Grandfather of Austin Amadeo, Ayden Amadeo, Ashtyn Amadeo, Karlee Baldassaro, Archer St. Germain and Anderson Amadeo. Brother of Doris Olson and the late Vivian Reich and Melvin O’Quain.
