Claudia Talamo Buccola April 6, 1926 – November 14, 2013. Claudia passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Joseph Buccola Jr. Mother of Allan J Buccola (Beverly) and Keith Buccola (Nancy). Grandmother of Celeste Buccola Patel, Allan C Buccola (Jaimee), Stephen Buccola, and Michael Buccola. Great Grandmother of Miles Buccola and Gavin Buccola. Sister of Anna Schnadelbach and Charles Talamo Sr. Preceded in death by her parents Calogiro Talamo and Anna Wertz Talamo and siblings Joseph Talamo Sr., Rita Armand and Carolie Troxler. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Belle Chasse for 35 years.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at St. Andrew the Apostle Church, 3101 Eton St., Algiers, LA, on Thursday November 21, 2013 for 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Gretna. Visitation will be at Church from 10 AM until 11:30 AM. Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
