Claudia Ann Gerkin passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the age of 59. Beloved mother of Charles Suarez Sr. (Jamie Padgent) and the late William Suarez. Daughter of the late Edwin and Shirley Gerkin. Sister of Louis Gerkin (Sharon), Lillian Tanner (Kevin), Sandra Boudreaux (Max) and Shirlene Rutherford (Terry). Grandmother of Isabella and Charles Suarez, Jr. Survived by a host of nieces and nephews. A native of Buras, LA and a Belle Chasse, LA. Services and interment were private.
