Cyprian Joseph "Tut" Haydel

Cyprian “Tut” Joseph Haydel, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Sunday, September 16, 2012 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Catherine Theresa Arabie Haydel. Son of the late Cyprian Haydel, Sr. and Agnes Shidiack Haydel. Father of Cathy Haydel Olano (Husband Lowell), Gregory Joseph Haydel (Wife Melinda) and Denise Haydel Bundy (Husband Ronald). Grandfather of Dana, Ronnie, Tiffany, Sheena, Nicky and Gregory Jr. Great Grandfather of Scotty, Ryan, Chad, Jorden, Cameron, Olivia, Cody and Ellie. Brother of Robert Boudlauch and the late Joseph Boudlauch, Mary Lou Smiley, Shirley and “Bay”. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Companion of Opal Matherne and survived by her children, Sandra, Michael, Marion, Kim; and also Opal’s grandchildren, Michelle and David as well as other grandchildren. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to West Care, Dr Procell and Mike Fazande for their care given to Cyprian. Tut served in the United States Army for 2 years. He was a member of the American Legion of Lafitte. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, September 21, 2012 from 9AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 1PM. Interment will be in St. Pius Mausoleum, Crown Point, LA.
