Dallas Joseph “Papa” Lacombe, Jr. peacefully entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at the age of 77. Beloved and loving husband of Gloria Muntz Lacombe for 53 years. Son of the late Dallas Joseph Lacombe, Sr. and Norlea Mahoney Lacombe. Devoted father of Dallas Troy “Duke” Lacombe (Tammy), Selena Marie Lacombe and Stephanie Ann Lacombe Punch (Anthony). Loving grandfather of Brooke Lacombe, Katelyn Jalbert, Landon Punch (Mindy), PFC Layne Punch, Brennan DesRoches, Dallas DesRoches and Dalton DesRoches. Loving great grandfather of Aiden Punch. Brother of Dolores Lacombe “Deanie” Accardo, Leeburn Lacombe Denina, Melba Lacombe Twomey, Shirley Lacombe Barcelona and the late Mary Lacombe “Mickey” Achor. Dallas is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. He was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Harvey, LA for over 40 years. He served his country faithfully while enlisted in the United States Marines. Dallas was a member of the Harvey Booster Club. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 1PM. Interment will be private.
