Grandfather of Andrea, Kristen, Elizabeth, and John Beck. Brother of the late Yvonne Glass and Earl Adorno. Cousin of Carole Hendry. Husband of the late Grace Ferrer Adorno. Son of the late Edna Betzer and Ignatius Adorno. Age 92 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Algiers, LA for many years. Dan’s career spanned decades in the insurance industry retiring from AIG/Louisiana Risk Specialists in his seventies. He and his late wife travelled throughout the U. S and continued to pursue their love of ballroom dancing well into old age. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Friday, August 2, 2013 at 11 AM. Interment will follow privately at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Parlors will be open Friday from 9 AM until 11 AM.
