Dannie William Furrow

Dannie William Furrow, born October 15, 1935 passed away on Saturday, September 1, 2012 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Etole Elizabeth Crabtree Furrow. Son of the late Dorothy May Buck Furrow and Leonard Furrow. Brother of Oma May Gregg Furrow of North Lewisburg, OH, Judy (Joe) Loudermilk of Byhalia, OH, Janet (Bill) Forshey of Delta, OH and the late Elizabeth Jane Furrow and Leonard Dawon Furrow. Brother-in-law of June Furrow of Urbana, OH. Dannie is also survived by 3 stepsons, 7 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was a resident of Terrytown, LA. He graduated from North Lewisburg High School in 1953. In January 1955, he served in the Yeoman rating and a court reporter in the United States Navy until his retirement in June of 1977. In June of 1983 until December of 1987, he served in the Naval Reserve REDCOM 10 division. November of 1982 until June 1983 he worked in the Naval Reserve Personnel Center in New Orleans, LA.
