David Bruce Bell

David Bruce Bell passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2022 at the age of 69. Beloved son of the late A.B. Bell, Jr. and Enola LeMaire Bell. Brother of the late Loretta Ann Bell DiBartolo and John C. Bell. Uncle of the late Gina DiBartolo Barcigalupia and Jesti Marie Bell. Uncle of Devin DiBartolo (Crystal). Great uncle of Paige Barcigalupia, Gage, Callie and Lane DiBartolo, Olivia Grace, Savannah Belle Inman, Hannah, Olivia and Mason Barcigalupia. Also survived by numerous loving family members.
David was born in Port Sulphur, LA on August 20, 1953. He worked as an A Tech Maintenance Operator until retirement with Severn Trent. He loved reading and doing research on his computer. From a very young age David loved music, especially guitars, playing, and actually building several guitars himself. He will always be remembered for his ability to crack a joke and leave you smiling with his infectious laugh. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation for the love and care given to David by his dearest friends, Manuel Solis, Brian and Dewanna Treadway, Jerryl Treadway, Derryl Treadway, Robert Fabiano and Glenn Ballay. He will be missed by all.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Port Sulphur, LA on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 11 AM until Funeral Mass time at 1 PM.
