David Floyd Callahan Sr

David Callahan Sr. passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at the age of 56. Beloved husband of Donna Callow Callahan. Father of David Callahan II, and Michael Hart Callahan (Eden). Son of the late Joyce and Richard Callahan. Beloved in law of Joseph, Judy, Joseph Jr. Callow, Cindy and Joy Ropollo, and Ricky and Chanel Legendre. Brother of Barbara Authement, Joyce Franks, Martha Heirsch, Rose Smith, Debbie Simpson, Phyllis Oser, Theresa Porch, Patrick Callahan, Sr., Thomas Callahan Sr. and the late Timothy Callahan and Richard D. Callahan Jr. Grandfather of Jaidynn Jolie and Makynlee Hart Callahan. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles who loved him and he loved and many special and close friends that he considered his brother. A lifelong resident of the New Orleans area. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy, Harvey, LA on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 1pm.
