David O. “Doc” Cunningham entered into eternal rest Sunday, May 20, 2012 at the age of 48. Beloved and loving son of Mary Ann L. Cunningham and the late Owen G. Cunningham. Father of Wiley David DeQueant. Brother of Michael G. Cunningham and Melinda Ann Mitchell (Troy). Uncle of Justin Cunningham, Cody Mitchell and Kerry Mitchell. Grandson of the late Wiley LeBlanc, Susan LeBlanc, Ellen Cunningham and Luther Cunningham. David was born in New Orleans, LA and was a resident of Avondale, LA for most of his life. Former employee of Avondale Shipyards. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to River Region Hospice for their love and care given to David.
