David J. Dufrene

David J. Dufrene passed away on January 19, 2014 at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl Soldani Dufrene. Father of Derek Dufrene (Lauren) and Tori Cox (Troy). Grandfather of Jackson, Luke, Landon and Alise. Brother of Joyce Mouton (David) and Irvin Dufrene (Pat). Son of the late Alex and Bernice Bychurch Dufrene. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
David served his country in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Military Policeman, attaining the rank of Sergeant. He worked for many years with Bell South and following his retirement, worked as a Process Server for the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office. He was an avid L.S.U. fan and loved spending time with his family and friends. He will be missed by all.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, January 24, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM.
