David Wayne Felker

David Wayne Felker passed away on August 14, 2012 at the age of 59 years. He is preceded in death by his parents, Margaret Pauline Blakely Felker and Hugh Felker.
Survivors include his beloved wife, Barbara Bordelon Felker; son, Richard David Felker; special aunt, Gail Blakely; siblings, Margaret Avery and her husband, Jim; Donna and Linda Felker; sisters and brothers-in-law, Catherine Benelli, Loretta Bordelon, Ronnie, Michael and Donald Bordelon; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Michelle and Becky; great-nephews, Jacob and Ty.
David faithfully served his country in the Army National Guard as a member of Battery “A”, 1st Battalion, 141st Field Artillery Unit. He also recently worked for Deli Express and United Cab Company.
The family would like to extend their gratitude and thanks to Haven Health Hospice for their care and compassion.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial visitation and service on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Bridge City Baptist Church, 228 8th Street in Bridge City, LA from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
