Deborah Ann Zar Pellegrin

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Deborah Ann Zar Pellegrin entered her eternal life peacefully on Monday, January 18, 2016 at the young age of 61. Deborah is survived by her three children, Christie Pellegrin Owens (Anthony), Tasha Marie Pellegrin (Darold) and Kevin Michael Pellegrin (Kerri); their father, Lynn Pellegrin; four grandchildren, Nicholas Owens, Olivia Pellegrin, Riley and Rowan Sercovich; sister Carol Ann Zar Folse (Carl); and brother, Steven Zar, Jr. (Dinah). She was prececed in death by her parents, Steven Zar, Sr. and Annie Catherine Falcone Zar; her grandparents, George Zar and Theresa Victoriano Zar, Guiseppe Falcone and Felice Salita Falcone. She had a passion for cooking, playing BINGO, going to casinos and spending time with her dear friend Margie. She was truly a beautiful person with a loving strong heart and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Friday, January 22, 2016 from 11:30AM until 1:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 1:30PM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
