On Tuesday February 11, 2025, Dennis Joseph Rojas Jr was called home at the age of 58. Dennis born March 11, 1966, was a life-long resident of South Louisiana serving as a fisherman, business owner, and Jefferson Parish Deputy with the Process Serving Division. Dennis Joseph Rojas Jr is survived by his loving wife Norean Amedio Rojas and stepchildren Christoper Rogers (Tori) and Brandon Rogers (Amelia) and their children Caden, Gabriella, Elloise, and Eden. Son of the late Dennis Joseph Rojas Sr and Doris Elliot Rojas. Dennis is also survived by his sister Laurie Rojas (Bob), nephew Norman, and many other loving relatives and friends. Throughout his life Dennis continued to live on his family heritage as an avid fisherman both trawling and crabbing out of Boothville and Venice and eventually back to Lafitte. Later is his life Dennis ventured into entrepreneurship with his wife Norean as the original owners of De-No Seafood from June 2004-October 2017. In addition, to his business, Dennis served the community through the Jefferson Parish Sherriff’s Office as a Jefferson Parish Deputy with the Process Serving Division. Dennis will be greatly missed by his wife, family, and friends. We invite all family and friends to attend his Visitation Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at St. Cletus Catholic Church, 3600 Claire Avenue, Gretna, LA from 10:30AM-12:30PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Cletus Catholic Church at 12:30PM. Burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery in Gretna. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to St. Joseph Altar Society of St. Cletus Catholic Church. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family during this difficult time.
