In loving memory on October 7, 2012, 17 month young Devin Michael Dugas, Jr., better known as “PJ” passed away in Picayune, MS due to unintentional drowning. Devin Michael Dugas, Jr. was born in Covington, LA at St. Tammany Parish hospital on April 12, 2011 to his loving parents Devin Michael Dugas, Sr. and Leah Casandra Germinaro (Fortman). Grandson of Melodi Hallenbeck (Fortman), Dave Fortman, Bertrand Dugas III and Penny Abney Dugas. Nephew of Dustin Dugas, Devun Fortman and Erinn Fortman. Great grandson of Carol Dugas, Bertrand Dugas, Jr., Joy Abney, and the late Edward Weiley Abney, Victoria Frederickson and Marge Fortman. PJ’s God mother Shelly Romine and God father Garrett Williamson. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the service in the parlor of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expwy, Harvey, LA on Friday, October 12, 2012 at 4 PM.
