Dolores Sanchez Breaux

Dolores Sanchez Breaux entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at the age of 93.  Beloved wife of the late Meredith P. Sanchez.  Daughter of the late Charles Boudreaux and Albertine Savoie Boudreaux.  Mother of Stephanie S. Banquer (Larry).  Grandmother of Meredith, Lanie, Angelle and Ashley.  Great Grandmother of Khylee, Nicholas, Avery and Kate.  Great Great Grandmother of Damian.  Sister of Vera Butler, Geraldine Aucoin and the late Charles Boudreaux, Beatrice Melancon, Alberta Griffin, Yvonne Dumas and Gail Brooks.  Dolores is also survived by many nieces and nephews.  She was a lifelong resident of Gretna, Louisiana.  She was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church Ladies Auxiliary Altar Society.  The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to her Niece, Lynn Alonzo and to the Doctors and Staff at Serenity Hospice for their love and care given to Dolores.  Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 610 6^th Street, Gretna, Louisiana on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 from 8:30AM until 10AM.  A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Tuesday at 10AM.  Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Cemetery, Gretna, Louisiana.  MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is assisting the family during this difficult time.  Family and friends may offer condolences at mothefunerals.com.
