Dolores Dugas "De Lo" Toups

Dolores “De Lo” Dugas Toups passed away on January 2, 2014 at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of Floyd J. Toups. Mother of Steve Toups, Rusty Toups and Garry Toups (Michele). Grandmother of Kristen, Brooke, Christopher and Deven. Great-grandmother of Bryce, Paige, Lacey, Skyler, Aubrey, Aurelia and one expectant great-grandchild. Sister of Shirley Lumpkin, Sharon Alleman, the late Floyd Dugas, Mitchell Dugas and Emily Marie Dugas. Daughter of the late Ernest Paul and Mabel Miller Dugas.
She retired from the Jefferson Parish Public School System Food Service, serving the students of Helen Cox Middle School for over 25 years.
