Donald K. Duthu Jr.

Donald K. Duthu Jr. passed away on December 11, 2015 at the age of 76 years. Beloved husband of 52 years to Judy (Bernice) Geiling Duthu. Father of Kevin Duthu, Brian Duthu (Shelly), Scott Duthu (Jeri) and Michael Duthu (Shannon). Grandfather of Sarah, Sadie, Jade, Sydney, Daniel, Katelynn and Mikaley. Great-grandfather of Waylon and Genevieve. Brother of the late Dolores Johnson and Joyce Meyer. Son of the late Alice McClelland Duthu and Donald K. Duthu Sr. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends.
Donald retired from Mid South Towing after many years of dedicated service. He was also an accomplished musician, playing saxophone, along with his friend Kenny Bouvier, with many area bands including the Corvettes and most recently, the Big Easy Players. He will be sadly missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM. A Funeral Mass will follow.
