Donald T. Jones entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of 56 years to Jo Ann Hildebrand Jones. Son of the late Harvey Theodore Jones, Sr. and Laura Marie Landry Jones. Loving and devoted father of Jan Jones Terhune (Steve Simoneaux). Grandfather of Gareth M. Terhune (Jessika Hurt) and Colleen T. Cunningham (Ryan). Great Grandfather of Lydia Terhune, Patrick Cunningham and 1 expectant, baby boy Cunningham. Brother of Harvey Theodore Jones, Jr. Nephew of Theresa J. Thompson who will be 103 years old in October. Donald was a native of New Orleans, a longtime resident of Houma, LA and currently residing in Washington, LA. He was a very successful entrepreneur. He retired from The Bank of New Orleans and Regions Bank. A visitation will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, July 19, 2013 from 8:30AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
