Donna Guidry Whitehead

Donna Guidry Whitehead passed away on April 1, 2013 at the age of 54 years. Beloved wife of J. B. Whitehead. Mother of Ricky Bruce, Jr., Donngelia Landry (Coy), Jason Whitehead (Gina Gautro), Joshua Whitehead and Missica Whitehead. Grandmother of Ellis Bruce, Alfred Smith, Alexis Smith, Cobe Landry, Cierra Landry, Gavin Bruce, Grace Bruce, Kate Bruce, Addison Bruce and Destin Gautro. Daughter of Beverly Haibt Guidry and the late Wilbert Guidry. Sister of Lori Guidry, the late Deborah and Kenneth Guidry. Aunt of Crystal Scariano (Joe), Craig Guidry and Joshua Guidry (Kendi Weaver). Great-aunt of Joseph and David Scariano. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends. She worked for many years at Avondale Shipyard.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Services in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, April 5, 2013 at 1:30 PM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery in Westwego. Visitation will take place on Thursday from 6 PM to 10 PM, resuming on Friday from 9 AM to 1:30 PM.
