Doris Juengling Bittner

Doris Juengling Bittner passed away on January 12, 2014 at the age of 94 years. Beloved wife of the late Eldor Bittner. Mother of Shelly Kiletico (John) and Jeffrey Bittner (Maureen). Grandmother of Danielle, Lynette (Keith), Micah (Laura), Leslie, Ben and Marta. Great-grandmother of Cross, Alise, Cole, Roman, Carson and Olivia. Sister of Grace Allgeyer, Marion Hartman, June Boyer and the late Elmer Juengling. Daughter of the late Edward and Ora Toole Juengling.
She was a devout Christian and practiced her faith through Bible reading, fellowship, prayer and talents. She enjoyed traveling, baking bread, preparing extraordinary Chex mix, sewing and cross-stitching, word puzzles, pinochle, winning at cribbage, an occasional beer or glass of wine and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church, 3150 Destrahan Avenue, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM.
