My chains are gone; I’ve been set free. Mom went to her Heavenly Home on July 4, 2016. Devoted servant of the Lord and longtime member of First Baptist Church of Gretna, she used her talents and gifts in music to honor God her entire life. She retired from Mammography at Women’s Medical Center in Gretna, LA. Doris is the wife of the late Bonner Crenshaw; the loving mother of Clint Crenshaw, Karla Crenshaw and Cristi Crenshaw Stewart. Grandmother to Lindsey McGehee, April McGehee and Conner Crenshaw. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at First Baptist Church of Gretna, 100 Gretna Blvd., Gretna, LA on Saturday, July 9, 2016 from 9AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the church on Saturday beginning at 11AM. Interment will be held at Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. MOTHE FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
