Doris Tingstrom Savois

DORIS TINGSTROM SAVOIS, native of New Orleans (Algiers) and long time resident of Gramercy, LA, passed away on Friday, June 8, 2012 at the age of 85. She was the beloved wife of Edward Savois, Jr., of Gramercy, and the loving mother of Edward Savois, III, (wife Mary) of New Orleans, and the late Perry Savois. She was the proud grandmother of Steven Savois (wife Kelli) of Kenner. Jeffrey Savois (wife Rebecca) of Katy, Texas, and Diane S. Dubois (husband Matthew) of New Orleans, great-grandmother of Julia, Jack, and Ashlyn Savois and Lucas Dubois. She was the daughter of the late Juliet Hebert Tingstrom and Hugh A. Tingstrom. Her brothers Sidney Tingstrom and Hugh J. Tingstrom preceded her in death.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Monday, June 11, 2012 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Funeral Mass will follow.
