Dorothy DePhillips Matchett passed away, surrounded by her family on October 13, 2012 at the age of 95. Beloved mother of Linda Hebert. Grandmother of Gretchen Costanza and Stacey Hebert. Great grandmother of Gareth and Victoria Costanza. Daughter of the late Louise and Mathias DePhillips and sister of the late Marion Somers, Malcolm, Leslie and Clyde DePhillips. Also survived by her sister and caregiver, Lorraine D. Ballew, a host of nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews. “We will miss you, Dotsie!” A lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at 1 PM.
