Dorothy Zappulla Warden passed away on July 25, 2011. Beloved wife of the late John Warden, Jr. Mother of Mrs. Diane (Byron) Deemer, Mrs. Kim (C.J.) Fricke, Mrs. Sandra (Michael) Banquer, Larry (Dana) Warden, Joan, Belinda and Debra Warden and the late John Warden, III. Grandmother of Connie F. (Edward) Hibben, Karen F. (Scott) Frantz, Michael (Sheana) Banquer, Jr. and Lauren Banquer, Bethany, Larry (JR), William (Heidi) Warden and the late Christie Daigle. Great-grandmother of Sabrina, Hibben, Peyton, Madison, Nicole Warden, Destiny, Breanna and Taye Banquer. Sister of Gail Crawford, Mary Helmer, the late Vincent and Richard Zappulla, Elizabeth Pertuit and Louise Bergeron. Daughter of the late Milda Sanchez and Joseph Gregory Zappulla. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Age 78 years, a native of Gretna and Harvey and a resident of Westwego for the past 62 years. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 9 AM to 1:30 PM.
