Dwayne Joseph Hammond passed away on November 18, 2014 at the age of 56 years. Beloved son of the late Robert and Florence Hymel Hammond. Brother of his twin, Dianne Mary Hammond, Robert Hammond (Toni), Kathy Grossman (Philip), the late Karen DiGiovanni (Joe) and Boyd J. Hammond. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Dwayne was a resident of Summer House in Denham Springs, LA. The family would like to express their gratitude to his caregivers, the staff of Summer House and his many friends for their kindness, compassion and friendship.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 9 AM to 11 AM. A Service will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
