Earline Cheramie Perrin

Earline Cheramie Perrin, 91 of Barataria, Louisiana entered Heaven on Friday, October 11, 2024 after a long and fulfilling life. She was born April 12, 1933 in Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Earline is preceded in death by her loving husband of 74 years, Nelson Perrin, Sr.; her parents, Eugene Cheramie and Julie Plaisance Cheramie; her sister, Theresa Coulon; her brothers, Aman and Rodney Cheramie and her great grandson, Kade Parfait. She is survived by her children, Gloria Prestenbach, Nelson Perrin, Jr. (Charlene), Lenora Basse (Elias), Cindy Perez (Duane); her Grandchildren, Kiley Parfait (Larry), Misty Schaffer (Sal), Lacey Luke (Clint), Elias Basse, III (Lacey), Duanne Maldonado (Mario), Monte Lynn Delaune (Darry), Cobey Perrin (Josie) as well as 14 Great Grandchildren, 5 Great Great Grandchildren and a friend whom she loved as her own daughter, Pearl Kuhn. Earline leaves behind a legacy of strong will, undeniable resilience, sharp wit and an inspiring ability to master any skill from sewing to carpentry. She was steadfast and faithful and has left a lasting impact on the lives of everyone that knew her. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 2653 Jean Lafitte Blvd., Lafitte, Louisiana on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 9:30AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony Catholic Church on Friday at 1PM. Interment will be in St. Pius X Mausoleum, Crown Point, Louisiana.
