Edmond Patrick Gaudet Sr. went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 13, 2015 at the age of 89 years. Beloved husband of Rosemary Hebert Gaudet. Father of Celeste Gaudet Stricklin (Gregory) and the late Edmond Patrick Gaudet, Jr. Son of the late Celeste and Edmond Gaudet. Brother of Jenny Gaudet Allen and the late Leon, Clifford Joseph, Roland Gaudet and Carol Louise Gaudet Gassenberger. Grandfather of Olivia Claire and Mabry Elizabeth Stricklin. He was a lifelong resident of the Westbank of New Orleans. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 11am. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday morning from 9am until 11am.
