Edward David Diamond, Sr., age 77 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Beloved husband of Meagon Cooper Diamond. Son of the late Halley Diamond and Thelma Howell Diamond. Father of John Diamond, Jane Diamond, James Diamond (Veronica) and the late Jeffrey Diamond. Survived by 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Brother of Wennett Rubio, Jewel Hauxdy and the late Richard Diamond, Irvin Diamond and Jensen Diamond. Edward was born in Utillia Keys, Honduras and was a resident of Harvey, LA. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, June 22, 2015 from 9AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
