Edward William Elliott, Jr. took his last ride down Belle Terre Road on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 on his journey to heaven to be with his lord. A Westwego police officer, former project superintendent with Boh Bros. and Broadmoar Construction Company and a 32nd degree Mason. Beloved husband of Diane Holland Elliott. Father of Jeff Elliott (Lydia), David Elliott, Shantell E. Delbuno, David Brian Bolotte (Lori) and Tammy Jo Bolotte Singletary (James Pardee). Son of the late Edward W. Elliott, Sr. and Rose Terrebonne Elliott. Brother of Louis (Wida) and the late Tilden Elliott. Brother in law of Mary Folse Elliott. Grandfather of Jeff Jr. (Veronica) and Ashley Bestler Elliott, Raphael, Seth and Michael Delbuno, Kayla and Nicolas Bolotte. Mr. Elliot was a mason in the William D. White Lodge. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family, also the great Westwego Police Department, Boh Bros and Broadmoar Construction Company, members of William D. White Masonic Lodge, the employees and patrons of Coffee & and Schnells are invited to attend a Funeral Service in the chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Monday, October 31, 2011 at 3:00 PM. Interment will follow in Holy Sanctified Cemetery, Westwego, LA. Visitation will be on Sunday October 30, 2011 from 6 PM until 10 PM and resume Monday from 8 AM until service time.
