Elaine Kay Shano Maltese, born January 9, 1958, went home to be with the Lord on September 1, 2015. Beloved wife of 33 years to Carlo S. Maltese Sr. Mother of Mark A. Shano Sr., Samuel J. Shano, and Stepson Carlo S. Maltese Jr.(Danielle Boteler). Grandmother of Alexis Shano, Mark A. Shano, Jr., Kalie Shano, Aaliyah Shano, Aniyah Shano, Zack Karajulles, Tiffany Maltese, Carlo S. Maltese III,Madeline Boteler Samuel J. Shano. Sister of Shirley Weick (Fred), Betty Morgan (Jerry), Mary Louise Gioiolia, Bernadette Burk, Jeannette Carter(Marshall), Lilly Terrebonne(Alvin), Virginia Sutton(Walt), George Shano(Brenda), Joseph B. Shano Jr., Annette Hebert(John). Daughter of the late Joseph B. Shano, Sr. and Gladys M. Hotard. Sister of the late John B. Costanza. Sister in law of the late William(Bill) Barnhouse and Phillip Gioiolia. Elaine is survived by a host of nieces and nephews. She was a second mom to many and will be missed dearly.
