Elaine Margaret Ficaro Vicknair entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the age of 80 years. Beloved companion of Huey Duffourc, Sr. Beloved mother of Darlene St. Germain (Lloyd) and the late Dudley Vicknair, Jr. and Daniel Louis Vicknair, Sr. (Teresa). Daughter of the late Anna Napoli Vicknair and Charles Ficaro. Sister of Camille Tortorich (Sal), Margaret Cucinella (Tony) and Mary Ann V. McGuinness. Grandmother of Amy Marcel (Chris) L.J. St. Germain (Ashlee), Daniel Vicknair, Jr. (Ashlee), Dustin Lozier, and family, Corey Foret and the late Danelle Vicknair. Great Grandmother of Jacob, Haley, Matthew and Carla. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Former wife of the late Dudley Vicknair, Sr. She was a lifelong resident of the Westbank. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Tuesday evening, May 17, 2016 from 6pm until 10pm. Burial will be held privately at a later date. The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to Heart of Hospice for their loving care, especially to Ashley and Lakisha.
