Eleanor M. Reineke died Saturday, August 27, 2011 at 2:35 PM. A native of Algiers for the past 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Harry W. Reineke, Jr. Mother of Linda Reineke Barber, the late Harry W. Reineke, III and the late Samuel E. Reineke. Daughter of the late Caroline Brauniger and Samuel T. McGarry. Sister of the late Edward J. McGarry. Grandmother of Caroline, Christopher, Justin and Catherine Barber and Harry W., IV and Eric T. Reineke, Autumn and Aaron Hart. Great grandmother of Ayslie Oser and Zachary Johnson. Beloved cousin to Carolyn Greene and Doris Starnes. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Newcomers Club, Welcome Neighbors, the Oil Wives, P.E.O. and loved playing bridge, cooking and being with family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend visitation at Trinity Lutheran Church, Olivier St., Algiers, LA on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 from 10 AM until 11 AM.
