Eleanora “Nora” Guidroz Aupied entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the age of 79. Beloved and loving wife of 54 years to Gerald Aupied. Daughter of the late Elizabeth and Severn Guidroz, Sr. Sister of Gerald P. Guidroz and the late Joyce Moss, Severn Guidroz, Jr., Alvera Gauthreaux and Gail Harmon. Sister-in-law of Betty Ann Jackson and Nancy Vicknair (Husband Harold). Dedicated and loving aunt of Catherine “Tootsie” Gauthreaux, Debra Gauthreaux and Emile “Bubby” Gauthreaux, Jr. Nora is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 8AM until 1PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 1PM with Msgr. Albert Bergeron officiating. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
