Elise Plaisance Blair Ashpole passed away on February 18, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Beloved wife of the late Gary W. Ashpole by second marriage and the late Archie Blair by first marriage. Mother of Wayne Blair (Jacqueline), Jack Blair (Sheila), Phillip Blair, Terrie Fell (Henry), Nancy Blair and the late Curtis Blair. Grandmother of Shane, Brett (Amber), Erica, Chad (Jennifer), Preston (Amanda), Jeanne (Corey), Leslie (Jason), Courtney, Brittany, Cameron and Michaela. Great-grandmother of Alexis, Madison, Jason, Lily, Olivia, Logan, Peyton, Sophia, Aiden, Annelise and Jack. Sister of Paul Plaisance, the late Peter, Raymond and Margie Plaisance. Daughter of the late Abel and Agnes Boudreaux Plaisance. Also survived by other family members and friends.
