Elizabeth Bettencourt Figueira

On February 16, 2023, Elizabeth took her final breath, surrounded by her loved ones. The sun rose and the world welcomed Elizabeth on August 7, 1954, a day the world became a little brighter. Elizabeth lived a full and warm life, filled with kindness. She will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Elizabeth’s life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint she left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here. Not a day went by where Elizabeth didn't talk about how much her children and grandchildren meant to her. Her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents Damion and Theresa McCairo Bettencourt. She is survived by her husband Patrick Figueira; daughter, Therese “Theresa” Rodriguez (Oscar Rodriguez), and grandchildren Elijah Rodriguez, Elisa Rodriguez, and Jordan Martijn; her daughter Christina Adams (Ross Adams), and grandchildren Kailey Adams, and Aubrey Adams; sisters, Diane Bettencourt, JuneAnn Bettencourt, and Deborah Alli, brothers Terry Bettencourt and Peter Bettencourt.

Services will be held at a later date.
