Elizabeth Brady “Betty” Willicott passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Robert E. Willicott, Sr. Mother of Mary Ann Turner, Patricia Gros, Barbara Taffaro, Virginia Hauck and Robert E. Willicott, Jr. Mother-in-law of Ronald A. Gros, Rudy Dusaules, Carolyn Willicott, Roy Hauck and the late Roy Turner. Grandmother of Bobby Lee, Brad, Brent, Travis, Timothy, Brandi Turner, Ronald, Jr., Raymond Gros, Bridget Bazajou, Tammy Sutton, Tiffany Taffaro, Dena Ratard, Melissa Hauck, Robert, III, Charissa, Cory, Alyssa, Mackenzie Willicott. Also survived by 21 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Sister-in-law to Ruby Willicott and the late Thomas Willicott. Aunt to Deborah Willicott Fakes and the late Douglas Willicott. She was preceded in death by her parents, Caroline and Francis Brady, and brothers, Francis, Edward and William Brady. She was a native of Brooklyn, New York, was a former resident of Hastings, Nebraska and resided most recently in Gretna, Louisiana. Relatives, friends, residents and members of the St. Joseph Apartments and Gretna Senior Center are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 from 11 AM to 1:30 PM. A Mass will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will take place at the Garden of Memories Cemetery.
