Elmer “Herb” Gowing passed away on Friday, May 6, 2011 at age 72. Beloved son of the late Orien and Mildred Gowing. Brother of Ellis Gowing and Ruth Gowing. Uncle of Chad Gowing. Fiancee’ of Christine Woods. A native of Murdock, Kansas and a resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend a memorial service at Trinity Baptist Church on Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at 7 PM. Interment will be private.
