Elouise Borne Ripp, age 98, a devoted mother and grandmother entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 22, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Melvin Ripp, Sr. Daughter of the late Walter Borne and Agnes Fouche’ Borne. Loving mother of Patricia Ripp Smith (Husband Ronald) and Melvin G. Ripp, Jr. (Wife Victoria). Grandmother of Glen P. Smith (Wife Tracy), Karen Smith Vinet (Husband Victor), Stanton J. Ripp (Wife Natalie) and Barbara Bolotte. Elouise is also survived by 5 great grandchildren. She was born in Franklin, LA and resided in New Orleans, LA. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of Wisdom Health Center, 5600 General DeGaulle Drive, Algiers, LA on Thursday, March 27, 2014 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Wisdom Health Care Center on Thursday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Chapel of Faith Mausoleum, Gretna, LA.
